In 1987, Bob and Sheri Stout purchased the business, bringing their vision and dedication to the local community. In 1999, they expanded into a larger five-bay location, allowing them to better serve their growing customer base. Now, with the next generation—daughters Amber and Kayla and their son, Mitch—joining the team, the Fuerst team is thrilled to announce the opening of a second location in Kent, OH, bringing their tradition of excellence to even more customers. About the Owner

For Bob Stout, working on cars has been a lifelong passion that began when he was just 15. After gaining experience at a large Goodyear dealer and becoming a service manager by age 18, Bob and his wife Sheri took a leap of faith to start their own business in 1987. Over the years, the Stouts have expanded their services and space to meet the needs of their customers, all while staying rooted in the community they love. With their children now part of the team, Bob and Sheri look forward to continuing to give back through partnerships with local schools, community drives, Chamber of Commerce involvement, and career days. The family’s commitment to their craft and community is the heart of Fuerst Automotive.
